Elite Equine Exchange was founded by Nicole Riffe, an avid adult amateur dressage rider and trainer.  She has experienced firsthand the frustrations of finding a good equine partner match.  With her senior executive leadership experience in the software industry and project management, she developed this company to provide a service needed in the equine industry.

At Elite Equine Exchange, we are passionate about providing a positive experience in the horse sales process.  Too often we have heard "I hate buying (or selling) horses." 

 

Both buyers and sellers are concerned about the lack of consistent information and transparency about horses in the sales process.  Although social media can match more horses with buyers quickly, it often provides a frustrating experience.  Social media ads often lack basic information and both buyers and sellers have to spend time filtering messages and determining whether the people they are dealing with are being transparent.

Sellers or agents of sellers are often busy trainers who do not have time to respond to the flood of inquiries received from prospective buyers.  Not to mention the remainder of the paperwork and coordination involved in getting the sales transaction closed.  Buyers are overwhelmed by the volume of ads on social media and can spend hours chasing down information on horses.  They too may have limited time to work on the coordination required after inquiring about a horse.
